Puneet Kulhari

Puneet Kulhari is a founding partner of Terra Equity Group, LLC, with real estate experience dating back to 2005. Pursuing a deep passion for real estate, he became a licensed agent straight out of high school and shortly thereafter began his residential real estate journey while attending college. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in biology, and subsequently a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Nova Southeastern University.

As a pharmacist, Puneet soon became a District Pharmacy Supervisor, overseeing a district of more than 20 pharmacies and managing over $50M in budgets, inventory, payroll, and assets.

During this time, Puneet successfully flipped more than 250 homes in the residential space and gained a lot of experience in commercial, retail, and multi-family real estate. Through the years, he has been involved in several multifamily and retail acquisitions totaling more than $40M and brings a wealth of experience in asset management, disposition, business development, and strategy. His passions include investor relations, education, and empowering individuals to fully realize their financial goals.
