Stephanie Walter is the owner and founder of ERBE Wealth. With real estate experience dating back to 2004 when she bought her first rental property, Stephanie has since acquired multi-family, student housing and commercial mixed-use properties. She started syndicating deals as a Principal and as a General Partner 2018. These acquisitions include retail, student housing and multi-family. Her passion and niche is raising capital and investor relations.
