Noopur Kulhari is a highly accomplished business executive and the visionary Founder and Principal of Terra Equity Group, LLC. With over 15 years of comprehensive real estate experience, she has a distinguished track record in private capital formation for commercial and residential properties since 2005.

Noopur’s extensive background encompasses private capital markets, small business investment, strategic management, consulting, operations, and incisive financial analysis. After earning her master’s in business administration, she served as Chief Financial Officer for a precursor to Terra Equity, where she was instrumental in overseeing the accounting, auditing, and management of a substantial $50 million budget. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Bridgepoint Capital, LLC, an investment firm that successfully executed hundreds of residential and numerous commercial transactions, even amidst turbulent market conditions. Identifying significant opportunities within the commercial real estate sector, particularly in providing management and commercial services to other development groups, she subsequently co-founded Terra Equity Group, LLC.

Since mid-2005, Noopur has been actively involved in the acquisition and management of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets in the southeastern United States. Her impressive achievements include overseeing over 2,460 multifamily doors, 1,200 student housing beds, and approximately 2 million square feet of retail centers. During this period, she successfully syndicated many of these significant assets. Furthermore, Noopur possesses extensive expertise in construction management and repositioning, evidenced by the successful rehabilitation of 800 single-family homes and over 2,400 multifamily units.

Renowned for her proficiency in complex deal structuring, Noopur excels at analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities, leveraging her deep insights into the commercial and multifamily markets. Her ability to assess risks from both financial and management perspectives, combined with her expansive real estate network, enables her to build high-performing teams and implement effective solutions. Recent notable projects underscore her capabilities, including a 184-unit Class B and a 140-unit Class C multifamily development in the Tampa area, as well as a 98,000 sq. ft retail center in Pensacola, FL.
